History:
Andraste was a Celtic goddess thanked by Boudicca
while fighting against the Roman occupation
of Britain in AD 61. She was a warrior goddess,
the goddess of victory, of ravens and of battles.
Her name is thought to mean "the invincible
one" or "she who has not fallen".
