Triple-tailed disjointed Celtic horse left,
eleven pellets above, bean behind and large
pellet below.
History:
Bradbury Rings type. The Durotriges , ‘dwellers
by the water’ or ‘water-rat kings’,
were a close-knit Celtic tribal confederacy
of sea-faring peoples located in the south-west
of Britain prior to the Roman invasion. The
tribe lived in modern Dorset, south Wiltshire
and south Somerset. They controlled two major
harbours, Poole and Christchurch, and traded
with Armorica.
