Obverse: Corn ear divided. Text across CA to left, MV to right, the mint signature for Camulodunum (Colchester).

Reverse: Full-bodied horse galloping right, branch and pellet above, pellet under tail. Text in exergue CVN (O), an abbreviation of Cunobelin.

History: Cunobelin ruled over the unified territories of the Trinovantes and Catuvellauni, with additional territory in Kent, his name means 'hound of Belenus'.

Date: Struck early 1st Century A.D. to 40 A.D in Colchester.
